Mr. Adzoe Kwame Atta Nutifafa is a teacher at Nkwanta Senior High School who believes in the young generation. According to him he was transferred to Nkwanta town as a teacher in some years back which he saw greatness in the children.
On a faithful day of Wednesday, September, 10, 2025, Mr.Adzoe said enough is enough, the killing of the young generation and the innocent ones must stop.
He began on a peaceful walk with a distance of 60km driving distance, from Nkwanta to Dambai to present a petition to the Oti Regional Minister, John Kwadwo Gyapong and send it to the Vice president of the Republic of Ghana Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang.

In Mr. Adzoe Kwame Atta Nutifafa’s petition he stated his reasons for embarking on that painful journey.
- Safe access to school.
- Support for education which includes infrastructure, and qualified teachers
- Protection of educational rights.
According to Mr. Adzoe Kwame the children of Nkwanta South are losing interest in education all in the name of the conflict in Nkwanta South.
He said he is doing this because he believes that since the Vice president is a professor and once a teacher and also a mother she will feel how terrible Nkwanta conflict is.

Rev. Harry Nii Kwatei Owoo is the Oti Regional coordinating director who received the petition on behalf of the regional Minister.
He stated that the Vision of the Oti Regional Coordinating Council is to promote peace and the current Minister of the region is doing exactly that.
According to Rev. Harry, the Minister is trying his possible best to resolve the Nkwanta conflict which is coursing a serious harm to the region.

He said it is peace the brings development and it is high time the people of Nkwanta do away with their differences and unite as One People for the seek of the future generation.
Paul Akonor who is a member of the National Peace Council, stated that they are doing all that they can to see to the end in the conflict of Nkwanta which is affecting the the whole region.
Some residents who saw Mr. Adzoe Kwame Atta Nutifafa also share their thoughts on his protest. According to them it is sad to see how innocent children suffer all in the name of the conflict. They urge the Oti Regional House of c Chiefs and the National Peace Council to see to the end of the conflict.
