Hon. Frank Yeboah Amankora, Assembly member for Bontibor/Salifukrom electoral area, was overwhelmed with joy as he presented handed certificates to bright, ambitious youths after completing and electronics skills-training program.
The initiative was spearheaded, and sponsored by him, with the aim of equipping youths with practical skills to break the chains of unemployment and steer clear of criminal activities.
According to Hon Frank Yeboah Amankora, people with their handy work are currently the ones enjoying in Ghana and he believes with the certificate been given to his people they will start doing something to help themselves.
The Assembly member stated that, he partnered with P and N Electronics in training the beneficiaries.
He said as an Assembly member, it is heartwarming to see youths eager to learn, grow l, and contribute to the development of their communities and Ghana.
The Chiefs and Elders of the Bontibor community commended the Hon. Assembly member for his selfless initiative.
The Paramount Chief of Ntrubo North Traditional Area Degbengyo Obirikitibi Amenadu Okordie I graced the certificates and also thank the Assembly member for his good work that he is bringing to the youths of the area.
According to the Paramount Chief, with the skills training the youth will now have something doing rather than roaming aimlessly around.
