Natalie Fort Hosts Training To Build A Community Of Young Achievers

Media personality and entrepreneur, Natalie Fort, has rolled out the maiden edition of her Coaching and Mentorship Program, with a focus on empowering participants through practical training on goal setting and achievement.

The program, which gathered young professionals, students, and entrepreneurs, was designed to provide participants with tools, strategies, and mentorship support to translate their aspirations into measurable accomplishments.

In an interview after the session, Founder and Lead Trainer of the initiative, Natalie Fort, explained that although the mentorship program has been running on a smaller scale through one-on-one engagements, this was the first structured group session dedicated to the subject of goal setting.

“We have had personal sessions with participants in the past, but this marks our first program focused specifically on goal setting and achievement. I felt it was important and necessary to motivate people, especially because I started journalism relatively young at age 20 and have relied on personal goal-setting practices throughout my journey,” she said.

She added that one of the program’s major objectives is to create a system of accountability, where participants not only learn strategies but also support each other in applying them.

The training featured a collaboration with Brain Fitness Africa, bringing a scientific dimension to the discussions on success. Guest trainer Lizette Beri, Licensed Brain Coach and Founder of the Brain Fitness Centre Africa, led participants through sessions on how the human brain shapes behaviour, habits, and ultimately, the pursuit of goals.

“I was delighted to share my experiences as a brain coach. We looked at how understanding the brain’s framework helps in developing the right mindset for achieving goals. The session allowed me to demonstrate how training the mind can unlock potential and help individuals stay disciplined and focused,” she said.

Participants described the session as a “life-shifting experience,” noting that the training not only offered fresh perspectives but also built a sense of community among like-minded individuals.

The program also received backing from the Global Entrepreneurship Festival, the Club G100, and Bodil Valero, former Member of the European Parliament and current G100 President. Their support, according to organizers, reflects the broader vision of connecting young people in Ghana to international networks of leadership and mentorship.

Natalie Fort emphasized that the long-term goal of the initiative is to build a lasting community of achievers.

“Our aim is to nurture a family of young people who are ready to pursue their dreams, equipped with the skills to step into the world of work, and committed to making an impact. The main focus is to spread the energy of growth and make ourselves better,” she said.

The Natalie Fort Coaching and Mentorship Program is set to continue engaging participants in the months ahead, with another in-person training scheduled to take place before the end of 2025.
