“I’m confident that as we go through the process and exhaust we would have come up with an output that all of us in the space, all of us along the value chain will be satisfied that, we have produced a law that will be able to govern us “says Dr. Seidu Jasaw
“Two things! The philosophy behind this law making and this bill is one, climate change is here, there is pressure on our fishing and fishing resource, there is an enormous need really, for us to think of sustainable harvest and utilization of our resources” he said.
