Officer-in-Charge of Senior Correctional Centre at Borstal Home, ADP Millicent Owusu has made a passionate call to the general public to refrain from stigmatizing inmates of the facility saying such acts sometimes demoralize the juvenile in our society.
In an interview with Pan African Television George Yawson Vineh, ADP Millicent also appealed to the public for provision of a bus and refurbishment of existing workshops at the facility to ease their operations.
The facility which currently houses about two hundred and twenty inmates with an average of one hundred and five young offenders every year.
