Executive Secretary of the Importers and Exporters Association, Samson Asaki Awingobit has reacted to President Akuffo-Addo’s statement on the economy.
According to him the incessant rise in exchange rate and increase in utility tariffs among others have impacted negatively on the economy.
Last month, President Akufo Addo at a durbar says his government has not thrown it’s hands in despair in the current economic challenges facing the country.
Reassures that he is determined to revive and return the economy to the path of economic growth recorded before the Covid-19 pandemic.
