President of the Okada Riders Association of Ghana (ORAG), Michael Kofi Owusu has applauded government for fulfilling their campaign promises by it approach to legalizing and regularizing their operations.
He further touched on the data collection system and urged the government to reconsider the constitutional requirement for commercial vehicle operations at age 25
“In fact we taught this thing is going to take him (President John Dramani Mahama) a year or two or may be the latter part of his service to Ghanaians before he will start doing something about it or leave it for the next government that is what some of the people were telling us and all at, we never knew it was part of 100 days in office achievement” He said.
