The Director for Diaspora Affairs Office of the President, Mr. Kofi Okyere Darko, has made his first visit to the Founder and Head of Mission for the Diaspora African Forum (DAF), H.E. Dr. Erieka Bennett, at the DAF Embassy in Accra, Ghana
During the meeting, Mr. Darko expressed his admiration for the remarkable work done by the Forum in promoting diaspora engagement. He looks forward to working closely with the DAF office to create opportunities for a robust diaspora engagement and investment into the country to boost the Ghanaian economy for the better.

H.E. DR. Bennett welcomed his gesture, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and sharing a common vision of empowering the African diaspora to contribute meaningfully to the development of the continent.
The meeting also explored potential areas of cooperation, including diaspora investment, skills transfer and cultural exchange programs. Mr. Darko assured H.E Dr. Bennett of his office’s commitment to supporting DAF’s initiatives and promoting diaspora engagement in Ghana.
As Ghana continues to prioritize diaspora engagement, this partnership is poised to fruitful outcomes for the country’s development.
