NDC Donates Vehicle To Women’s Wing Of Tema Fishermen Council

23/09/24 Story by George Yawson Vineh The greater Accra regional chairman of the National Democratic Congress, Emmanuel Nii Ashie Moore has donated a six-seater vehicle to the women’s wing of the fishermen council of Tema Fishing harbor to boost their daily activities. This was a fulfilment of a request made by the fisherfolks when former President, John Dramani Mahama visited the area early this year. 24/9/2024 The Minister for Youth and Sport , Mustapha Ussif, says there hasn’t been any response from the Confederation of African Football (CAF) to inspection calls for the Accra and Cape Coast Sports Stadia. CAF's ban on the Baba Yara Stadium has brought the Ghana Football Association (GFA) under pressure as the association races against time to secure a suitable venue for the Black Stars next home game.
