The General Secretary for the biggest opposition party National Democratic Congress, Johnson Aseidu Nketia has stated that, the party NDC is ready to meet the ruling party and match them boot for boot at the 2024 general election.
He made this during NDC Regional delegate’s conference held at Berekum in the Bono region.
Adding that the 2024 election will not be an easy task for the NPP and therefore the NDC is ready to match them boot for boot in the Bono Region and the whole country as well.
He explained that, during the 2020 election the party was able to obtain equal seats with the ruling party at the Bono Region and therefore they are more than ready to fight harder to obtain the rest of the seats from the NPP.
He said the strong hold of the NPP is now NDC seats and that shows the hard work of the executive in the party at the region and encouraged all newly elected and unopposed executive to work tirelessly to achieve the ambition of the party.
Some of the elected candidates thanked delegates and urged them to come together as one people to move the party towards victory 2024 general election
They spoke to the media on the impact they are going to bring to the Party and ways that will help them in the 2024 general election.
