Agorve Motorbike Robbery Suspect, Eyram Botwe Sentenced To 15 Years Imprisonment. The accused who was put before the Sogakope Circuit court on January 25, 2022 on the charge of attempt to commit robbery, pleaded guilty to the offence and was convicted on his own plea. According to eyes’ account, it took the intervention of the community members to stop the fire from spreading to other buildings. Elikpelim Danyo is a victim and a wife to the owner of the burnt building. She said all her belongings got burnt including her business proceeds of about 5,000 Ghana cedis. Police say he will appear before court as soon as the investigation is done. On Wednesday, January 19, 2022, some Fulani herdsmen went grazing with their cattle at Agbakorpe near Ho. While grazing, they heard a gunshot and later detected that one of their cattle had been shot dead. An initial search for the assailant by the herdsmen in the bushes proved futile.
